
Rebecca L. Cate, President of Kinetic Body, Inc., encourages the use of physical fitness and healthful dietary habits to enhance emotional well-being and to prevent or reduce disease. The culmination of her education: chef training graduate of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia; BS in Psychological and Social Sciences, PSU, with an emphasis in self-determination, health belief, and theory of planned behavior models; and multiple certifications in personal fitness training and coaching, in addition to, 13 years of “field” experience lends to her ability in helping clients achieve their goals. She is able to provide guidelines in: preparing wholesome and affordable meals; managing the emotional and physical challenges involved with losing fat and weight maintenance; minimizing stress; and actualizing physical fitness goals.
